How I Would Style It

Am I the only person who loved wearing shorts with tights in the fall and winter? I love the look! I also absolutely love mixing mustard with navy! Oh my... current favorite color combo! And, having recently cut bangs, my new favorite thing is putting a bow behind my bangs (inspired by this!)

Winter Chill

Here in Idaho we haven't had any "real" winter weather yet... no snow, no need for gloves/thick coats/scarfs... 

Until today. I was so unprepared in my thin tights and cardigan.

Oh boy.

Then I came home, did a little research, and a miracle occurred...

Fleece lined leggings.

Now I'm not a huge fan of leggings, but at less than 1/2 the cost of fleece lined tights, I was sold.

Are you doing the same giddy dance I did? 

Needless to say between the cost and the amazing reviews I scooped some up.

So beyond words excited! Tights are my outfit staples. I would rather wear tights than jeans any day of the week. These will be so much warmer than jeans ever would be!

Today was the first day of classes, and I was going to do a cute outfit post.... however, outside is so gray and bleak that there wasn't enough light in my loft to take pictures. Hopefully tomorrow! I am so excited to start doing outfit posts.

Details...

This has been such an amazing week! New friends, old friends, loads of family time, boyfriend snuggles, lots of puppy sitting, first snow fall of the new year, new hair style, and making my first romper(!!). Getting ready to go back to school in tomorrow, and I'm so sad about leaving home! Having a whole month off has been amazing and a half. No responsibility, no homework, being able to be around all the people I love... 

*sigh*
